Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Occupational Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support / CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Facilitates restoration of function and prevention of physical disabilities through medically prescribed occupational therapy.
• Assessing patient condition upon order of physician and at regular intervals; integrating patient information for holistic care.
• Documenting interventions and responses; revising care plans based on patient response.
• Maintaining infection control and safety standards while delivering therapy and coordinating with care team.
