Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist/CHT for Cherry Hill and Willow Grove. This full-time, on-site role requires delivering comprehensive OT services, supervising assistants, and coordinating with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes documentation accuracy, adherence to plans of care, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT license in PA and NJ; BLS certification; Certified Hand Therapy license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic OT preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT care per protocols and guidelines.
• Complete timely clinical documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Schedule patients and support front desk tasks as needed.
• Supervise/coordinate with OT assistants and aides.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team to coordinate care.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore function.
• Promote adherence to plans of care and home exercise programs.
