Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of applicable state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

• Provides comprehensive patient care assessment and treatment with sound professional judgment and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, education, charges, and ICD-10 codes.
