Atrium Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for home health in the Union region. You will manage a caseload, evaluate ADLs, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing plans of care, supervising assistants, and ensuring compliant documentation. A state OT license and BLS are required, with 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state.
• 1-year experience in clinical care or home health preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider (AHA) required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily patient caseload and ensure timely care and documentation.
• Assess and document patient needs and functional status.
• Develop and implement plan of care with physician oversight.
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs involved in patient care.
• Incorporate orthotic devices and adaptive equipment as needed.
