Advocate Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Outpatient Rehabilitation: Hand in Winston-Salem. This full-time role requires a BS/MS in OT, state licensure, and BLS CPR certification.

You will provide hand therapy evaluations and treatments, document progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The position offers a first-shift schedule with a 40-hour workweek and a quarterly 4-hour Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree from accredited occupational therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Delivers therapy, monitors progress, and adjusts goals as needed.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
