Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI Upon Hire required
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA 90 Days required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC 90 Days required
• CHT Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Upon Hire preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation procedures to assess the level of disability and plan treatment
• Provides therapy program to restore maximal function and assesses effectiveness
• Documents evaluation and treatment in compliance with standards
• Instructs and trains rehab staff and other personnel
• Participates in process improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Demonstrates productivity per department standards
• Advances skills through continuing education and competencies
