Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state where services are performed; or a current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat hand and upper extremity conditions to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Fabricate and fit custom orthotics and splints to support healing and function.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
