Zusammenfassung

MaineHealth seeks a motivated Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience for our busy outpatient rehabilitation practice. You will manage a diverse caseload including postoperative care, orthopedic injuries, tendon repairs, and neurologic hand impairments within upper extremity rehab.

A strong candidate will have hand therapy experience; a Certified Hand Therapist designation is preferred, but driven OT candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an AOTA accredited OT program is required.
• Current state OT license (temporary or permanent) is required or per state act.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Aufgaben

• Provide hand therapy for upper extremity conditions including postoperative care and orthopedic injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized hand therapy plans and splinting when appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
