The role includes supervising assistants and students, managing post-surgical rehab, and ensuring precise documentation of therapy services. CPR/BLS and a valid state license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation.
• Custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Direct supervision of assistants, students and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
