Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a hand surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor in Fremont, CA. The role involves a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly to complement your current practice, with revenue-share compensation.

The candidate will collaborate with medical and therapy teams to provide non-surgical and surgical care for work-related injuries, and participate in case management and employer communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hand Surgery.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly.
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice.
