Job summary

Concentra is seeking an on-site hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor, providing expert care during approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly. You will work within a collaborative team of medical and therapy professionals to manage complex cases and support return‑to‑work and functional restoration.

As an independent contractor, compensation is determined by a revenue sharing model. Licensure in the state and Board Certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery are required,

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hand Surgery.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand surgery services on site at Concentra locations as an independent contractor.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and take an active role in case management and communication with employers.
• Operate on a revenue share model for compensation as part of the on-site services.
