Job summary

Concentra is seeking a hand surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor for short weekly shifts. The role is designed to complement an existing private practice with a half-day per week or biweekly commitment.

The surgeon will provide non-surgical and surgical hand care, collaborate with medical and therapy teams, and assist in case management to expedite return to work and functional restoration. Revenue-sharing compensation applies.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hand Surgery.
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage required for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand surgery services on-site for Concentra patients.
• Coordinate with medical and therapy providers; assist in case management.
• Engage with employers to facilitate return-to-work and functional restoration.
• Commit to a half-day per week or biweekly schedule, compatible with private practice.
