Job summary

Concentra is seeking a hand surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor at our San Leandro location. The role involves approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly to complement your current practice.

Concentra Advanced Specialists manage medically complex patients, collaborate with medical/therapy teams, and address case management while delivering non-surgical and surgical care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal work-related injuries.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hand Surgery.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly.
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice.
• This position is an independent contractor role for Concentra. Compensation for services is determined by a revenue share model.
