Variosystems LLC is seeking a Hand Solderer to assemble PCBs and electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-610 standards. You will follow Aegis work instructions, material bills, and customer docs while supporting quality objectives and growth initiatives.

The role involves hand soldering, visual inspection with magnification tools, and routine housekeeping at the workstation. Training on specialized equipment may be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• IPC 610 compliance and workmanship.
• 1 year of hand solder experience.

Aufgaben

• Hand soldering of through-hole and SMT components.
• Visual inspection using magnifying lamps and microscopes.
• Touching up solder joints and trimming leads.
• Cleaning PCBs and visual inspection of assemblies.
• Installing hardware such as screws, nuts, and washers.
• Enter defects into Aegis.
• Maintain material traceability and housekeeping at workstations.
