Variosystems LLC in Southlake, TX is seeking a Hand Solderer to assemble and process PCBs and electronic assemblies in line with IPC-610 standards. You will follow Aegis work instructions, BOMs, and customer documents while supporting quality objectives.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to read drawings, perform visual inspection with magnification, and maintain traceability. Shift options: 6 am - 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 11 pm, with a 40-hour week.

Formación

• Read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• IPC 610
• 1 year of hand solder experience.

Responsabilidades

• Hand soldering of through-hole and SMT components.
• Visual inspection using magnifying lamps and microscopes.
• Touching up solder joints.
• Trimming leads.
• Cleaning PCB’s.
• Visual inspection of assemblies.
• Installing hardware such as screws, nuts, and washers.
• Enter defects into Aegis.
• Operators may receive training in specialized equipment or custom assembly fixtures.
• General housekeeping of workstations and assembly lines.
• Report all defective material to area lead or manager.
• Pack and/or unpack material and/or assemblies.
• Maintain material traceability as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
