Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production assembly preferred.
• Basic understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boards by hand following drawings and references.
• Verify component values and correct polarity/orientation.
• Read and apply shop documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain quality and follow documented processes on the floor.
