All Recreation is a leader in the commercial playground and recreation industry serving communities across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. We’re seeking a Sales & Project Manager to grow our Tidewater/Hampton Roads presence.

You will manage the full lifecycle of projects—from initial contact to installation—build relationships with municipalities, parks, schools, and developers, and prepare proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable traveling within assigned territory and meeting customers on site.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout your territory.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Meet with customers to understand goals, budgets, and site needs.
• Work with customers and internal team to develop playground and recreation solutions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and field measurements.
• Coordinate projects from sale through installation.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
