Job summary

Hampton Inn Abilene seeks a General Manager to lead operations, maximize financial results, and ensure service excellence at our Abilene hotel. You’ll be a driving force behind sales, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You will develop sales plans, supervise a team, and leverage systems to optimize performance, building strong relationships with owners and the local community to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
• Experience leading hotel operations and responsible budgeting.
• Driver's license valid for state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Boost revenue, cut costs, and manage finances to keep results strong.
• Develop sales plans and budgets, and manage key accounts.
• Use reports and tools to streamline operations and make fast, informed decisions.
• Deliver five-star guest experiences and resolve issues with a smile.

Education & Experience

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state
