Job summary

Hampton Inn Abilene, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations, maximize financial results, and uphold guest service standards. You will drive sales strategies, manage budgets, and serve as the primary champion for guest satisfaction and team development.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in hospitality leadership or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state

Welcome to the Hampton Inn Abilene hotel. Conveniently located ten minutes south of downtown, our hotel in Abilene, Texas offers easy access to state highways 83 and 84. Travelers will be within walking distance of the Mall of Abilene, which offers fantastic shopping and dining opportunities. Dyess Air Force Base, Hardin Simmons University, McMurry University and Abilene Christian University are all just a short drive away. Guests can make themselves at home in our hotel in Abilene, TX that offers 63 guest rooms featuring king- or queen-sized beds. All guest rooms have a large desk with an ergonomic chair.
