Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in New York, NY seeks an Assistant Planner, Sales Planning – Haircare to own end-to-end Tier 2 wholesale planning, forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional execution. You will build stock and sales plans, monitor in-season performance, and support launches and promotions with partners across Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Chain.

1–2 years in planning or related field and strong Excel and data analysis skills are expected, with a detail-oriented, proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–2 years in planning or related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and inventory planning for Tier 2 wholesale accounts, including forecasting and in-season management.
• Build and maintain Stock & Sales Plans with promotions and launches.
• Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, adjust forecasts.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on shipment plans and expectations.
• Support Tier 1 planning for stock & sales, seasonal analysis, and calendars.
