Job summary

CAREERXCHANGE®, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Category Planner to support the growth of their Beauty category in Miami. This hybrid role involves inventory planning, sales analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product availability and category performance.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in category planning, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a schedule of Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in category planning or merchandise planning.
• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to support growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and inventory plans for Beauty products.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor product performance and recommend action plans.
• Prepare reports and business insights for leadership.
