Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance, and retailer system accuracy.
  • Coordinate promotional execution, including Purchase Orders, Gift with Purchase, samples, collateral, and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain business trackers, calendars, and operational tools while supporting invoicing and chargebacks.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, fill rate, and promotional reports.
  • Monitor business performance and identify trends, variances, and reporting exceptions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and retailer reporting.
  • Provide timely reporting and analytical support for planners, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Planning, Account Management, Marketing, Field Sales, and retailer teams for launches and promotions.
  • Coordinate project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support seasonal planning activities and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $28.45 to $42.20. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
