Job summary

HairClub is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to join our Walnut Creek team. Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and personalized hair-care services to clients.

You will consult with clients to understand goals, educate them on products and HairClub solutions, recommend services, and build trusted relationships while managing appointments in a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license required.
• Strong cutting and coloring skills with client consultation experience.
• Ability to educate clients on hair care products and HairClub solutions.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $20/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $50,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
