Job summary

HairClub in the United States is seeking a skilled stylist to provide cutting, coloring and hair-care services in private styling rooms, while building meaningful client relationships.

You’ll work Tuesday through Saturday with training provided, competitive earnings with commissions, and a generous benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
