Job summary

HairClub is seeking a skilled stylist to perform cutting, coloring, styling, and personalized hair-care services. You will consult with clients to understand goals, educate them on care and HairClub solutions, and recommend products based on individual needs.

Build lasting client relationships and maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment. You’ll work with an established client base on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in state required.
• Strong cutting, coloring, styling and client consultation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
