HairClub in Austin is seeking a skilled stylist to provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client. You will consult with clients to understand goals and educate them on hair care, products, and HairClub solutions.

Build long-term relationships, recommend products based on client needs, and manage appointments while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. The role supports growth through the Stylist Leveling Program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current active cosmetology license in state.
• Strong cutting and coloring skills with client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written ability in client interactions.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.

• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
