Job summary

HairClub is seeking talented stylists to join our team in the United States. Bring your creativity and technical skills to provide personalized hair-cutting, coloring, and styling in private styling rooms with an established client base.

You will consult with clients to understand goals, educate on products, and recommend tailored HairClub solutions, building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional experience on every visit.

Love doing hair but ready for more than a traditional salon job? At Bosley HairClub, you can use your creativity and technical skills while building meaningful client relationships, learning specialized hair solutions, and helping people feel happy, confident, and secure.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $50,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
• Paid specialized training: learn HairClub solutions, products, and techniques that expand your expertise.

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
