Job summary

HairClub is seeking talented cosmetologists to join our team. You will cut, color, style, and care for clients’ hair while educating them on Bosley HairClub solutions. Build lasting client relationships, manage appointments, and create a welcoming salon experience in a fast-paced setting.

Active cosmetology license required; room to grow through our leveling program and ongoing training. Schedule Tue–Sat with location-based flexibility; benefits include health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in state of practice.
• Strong cutting and coloring techniques with client consultation.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling and hair-care services.

• Recommend products/services based on client needs and maintain appointments.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional Bosley HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
• Paid specialized training: learn Bosley HairClub solutions, products, and techniques that expand your expertise.
• Room to grow: develop through our Stylist Leveling Program and ongoing training.

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and Bosley HairClub solutions.
• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

What You Bring

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
