HairClub in Bloomington, MN, is looking for a licensed cosmetologist to provide cutting, coloring, styling, and personalized hair-care services. You will consult with clients, tailor recommendations, and build lasting relationships in a welcoming studio setting.

The role offers strong earning potential with hourly wages plus commissions, a structured schedule Tuesday through Saturday, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Training and advancement are provided to grow within HairClub.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19-$24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
