Job summary

Bosley HairClub in San Bruno is seeking a professional stylist to provide cutting, coloring, styling and personalized hair-care services. You will consult with clients, educate them on Bosley HairClub solutions, and tailor product recommendations to individual needs.

Join an established client base with a schedule Tue-Sat, flexible options by location, and a path through our Stylist Leveling Program with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in state of employment.

Job description

• Strong earning potential: Start at $24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional Bosley HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
• Paid specialized training: learn Bosley HairClub solutions, products, and techniques that expand your expertise.

• Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
