HairClub is seeking a licensed cosmetologist in New Jersey to join our team. You will perform cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client in a welcoming setting.

Build lasting client relationships, educate clients on HairClub solutions, and recommend products based on individual needs. A supportive schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with benefits to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.

• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
