Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience in the Hair Color category and assist customers with color consultations and product recommendations.
• Record all transactions at the POS and handle purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately; assist with back stock and daily paperwork.
• Be a team player, support store operations, and participate in loss prevention and safety practices.
• Be committed to ongoing training and education to stay current on hair color trends.
