Job summary

SBH is seeking a Certified Color Consultant to deliver expert hair color advice and superior customer service in-store. The role emphasizes driving color sales, building customer loyalty, and maintaining daily store operations to support the team.

As part of Store Operations, you will assist with product knowledge, POS transactions, and training of new associates while upholding safety and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to use product knowledge from training.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience and drive hair color sales.
• Record all sales in POS and handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Assist with planograms, stock, and store housekeeping; may open/close the store.
• Onboard and train new associates and mentor team members.
