Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years' relevant experience in the management or execution of complex technical systems.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and accountability for the Hadron Storage Ring WBS scope within the project baseline.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for integration of HSR subsystems.
• Develop and maintain the HSR system baseline including scope, cost estimates, and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to EVMS, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for cost and schedule performance.
• Communicate complex technical data clearly to diverse audiences and prepare technical reviews.
