Description
Serve as a guide to enhance the customer buying experience. Conduct interviews at the customer’s pace to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives. Match customer needs with model and equipment and present vehicles in terms of customer’s interest. Offer and accompany customer(s) on a test drive. Involve customers in trade-in evaluation, present financial propositions, satisfy customer concerns, and complete orders. Conduct delivery process and follow up in a prescribed manner with customers to develop customer loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete Ford Certification Process for Sales and Products.
- Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities and comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop buyers by keeping a good rapport with previous and new customers; suggest trade-ins; respond to inquiries, and recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
- Determine customer needs analysis by understanding their interests and requirements, matching them to various models.
- Close sales by overcoming objections; complete sales purchase; explain provisions; offer services; and ensure full delivery of the automobile.
- Perform walk-around on every sale with customers and demonstrate features.
- Effectively close sales.
- Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork, and manufacturer warranty.
- Establish and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business referrals.
- Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers.
- Review sales statistics and use sales objectives to plan more effectively to improve sales.

Requirements
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- You will pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- You will undergo a background check.
