Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field with 1+ year in food processing, safety or QA, or 5+ years FSQA experience.
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Outlook and Word.
• HACCP Certification preferred.
• ServSafe Basic Certification preferred.
• Poultry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities related to the verification of the consistent quality and safety of products.
• Address product quality issues to determine root cause and resolution.
• Audit production processes for compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Perform intermittent on-the-spot checks, observations, and sampling records.
• Ensure relevant documentation is updated and maintained.
