You will focus on product yield, safety, and process improvements, while training staff and maintaining documentation. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/processing operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Meet product standards, while maintaining or improving product yield.
• Ensure a safe work environment and address issues on the production lines.
• Complete appropriate paperwork daily.
• Responsible for training and developing employees in all areas related to their jobs.
• Work to continuously manage and improve the products and processes.
• Help develop objectives and standards for individual production lines and monitor results for process improvements.
• Observe work area and plant to ensure hazards are reported or corrected, and that safety reporting and investigations are handled promptly.
