Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Orange, CA seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve as a strategic insurance advisor and primary relationship manager for an assigned book of commercial business. You will independently evaluate risk exposures, analyze coverage needs, and implement service strategies aligned with client objectives.

• Advanced knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products and risk management principles.
• Ability to interpret complex insurance contracts and policy language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in client insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Analyze client operations, risk exposures, and insurance needs to develop coverage recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy discussions, and coverage reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review policies, endorsements, contracts, and certificates to identify gaps and risk concerns.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and program structures with carriers to secure solutions.
• Lead the renewal process with risk assessment, marketing strategy, and carrier negotiations.
