Mosaic is seeking a Habilitative Coordinator to coordinate services that help people keep, learn, or improve daily living skills. You will train staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop new programs, policies, and procedures.
The role focuses on delivering person-centered services with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance within a collaborative team. The position is full-time, mainly day hours, with on-call leadership rotation.

Full Time-Mainly Day Hours. There is an administrative on-call responsibility with this position. It is a rotation between 3-4 members of Leadership: Friday 4:30p - Monday 08:00a
