Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Habilitative Coordinator to coordinate services that help people keep, learn, or improve daily living skills. You will train staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop new programs, policies, and procedures.

The role focuses on delivering person-centered services with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance within a collaborative team. The position is full-time, mainly day hours, with on-call leadership rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience may substitute for the education requirement where state policy allows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of individual-centered programs.
• Monitor the quality of services and development of individual-centered programs.
• Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques.
• Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services.
