Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Habilitative Coordinator to coordinate services to help people keep, learn, or improve daily living skills. You will train staff in behavior modification and assist with developing new programs.

This full-time role suits a solutions-oriented problem solver who communicates clearly, helps others, and implements structured, person-centered approaches.

Schedule is mainly day hours with on-call rotation among leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience may be substituted for educational requirements unless required by the state.

• Monitor the quality of services and development of individual-centered programs.
• Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques.
• Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services.

Full Time-Mainly Day Hours. There is an administrative on-call responsibility with this position. It is a rotation between 3-4 members of Leadership: Friday 4:30p - Monday 08:00a
