Job summary

The Department of Economic Security (DES) is seeking a Habilitation Supervisor in Coolidge, AZ. You will supervise Caregivers, ensure daily supports align with Individualized Support Plans, and uphold high-quality, person-centered community services.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staff development, and effective incident management. Must meet background checks and drive excellence across care teams, with a focus on safety, dignity, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct care staff and leading teams.
• Knowledge of federal and state ICF/IDD regulations and standards.
• Ability to plan, assign, and evaluate caregiver performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ICF/IID certification requirements and surveys.
• Complete performance evaluations and schedule staff; communicate job expectations.
• Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation and escalation.
• Lead team meetings, mentor staff, and ensure medication procedures are followed.
