Qualifications

• Provides personal care, safety and well‑being support to members.
• Communication with members (including sign language) and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read/write English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene) and ensure safety of members.
• Follow Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP) and document progress.
• Assist with medications as trained and manage schedules.
• Help with light housekeeping and community activities.
