Job summary

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Arizona required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve quality-of-care issues using standardized processes.
• Track and trend member, site, and provider concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site Health & Safety visits and coordinate care with relevant agencies.
• Supervise staff activities, conduct reviews, and approve timekeeping and leave.
• Ensure audits and documentation are maintained and aligned with policy.
