Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid PA driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload and staff scheduling.
• Provide direct services to individuals with ID/DD.
• Maintain compliant case management and updated files.
• Attend ISP and intake meetings and document paperwork.
• Promote independence and community participation for clients.
