Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator for Gynecologic Oncology at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The role serves as the primary contact for patients, coordinating care across the cancer journey and supporting treatment planning, education, and follow‑up in a collaborative team setting.

The Navigator educates patients, triages calls, and facilitates appointments, tests, and resources while addressing barriers to care.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Experience in gynecologic oncology or related cancer care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care across the gynecologic oncology continuum.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Facilitate appointments, referrals, testing, and access to resources.
• Identify and address barriers to care and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated patient care.
• Provide patient education and coordinate annual visits and paperwork.
