Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Gynecologic Oncology Nurse Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their cancer journey at Forsyth Medical Center. The role coordinates care, provides education and support, assists with treatment planning and follow-up, and helps patients navigate resources while ensuring seamless communication among the care team.

Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Department: Cancer Center, Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years nursing experience.
• 2 years in targeted patient population preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete skills validation and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the continuum for gynecologic oncology patients.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Facilitate appointments, referrals, testing, and access to resources.
• Identify and address barriers to care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
