Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care for adherence.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
