Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or higher may be required/preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current nursing license in Florida or eligibility to practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reevaluate regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and maintain communication.
