UNC Health in Chapel Hill is seeking a Clinical Support Technician II to join the UNCH Gyn Onc Clinic. You will assist clinicians, transport patients and equipment, and maintain patient rooms while performing clerical duties and data entry.

You will support nursing staff with routine exams, document patient changes, and help with education materials. The role requires English fluency, High school diploma, and Nursing Assistant certifications, with day shifts and 40 hours weekly.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; higher level degree may suffice.
• Nursing Assistant I and II certifications as listed by NC DHHS.
• BLS certification required; 1 year clerical or customer service and 3 months nursing assistant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures.
• Procure equipment and supplies and review patient care documentation for changes.
• Perform clerical tasks: organize workload, greet visitors, route information, and transcribe orders.
• Provide administrative and clerical support including audits and data entry.
• Provide clinical support: transport patients/equipment, assist with orientation, and maintain rooms.
